Can I personalize a piece of jewelry with an engraving?

Of course! In the "engravings" section, you'll find a selection of stainless steel jewelry that can be personalized with a phrase, image, dedication, etc.

Simply choose the jewel and indicate in the personalization what you would like engraved.

How long do custom engravings take?

Usually 3-5 business days.

What materials can be engraved?

We chose stainless steel for the jewelry, a super resistant metal that does not require any particular care,

Can I change an engraving after I've completed my order?

If you notice an error or have changed your customization, please contact me promptly so I can make the changes.

Can custom engravings be returned?

Since these are custom creations, they cannot be returned.

No, polymer clay is a very durable material!

Can I request personalized jewelry?

Of course! If you'd like to customize the colors of a piece of jewelry or have something made just for you, contact me and I'll be happy to help!

How can I take care of my jewelry?

Here are some simple and useful tips:

- avoid contact with chemical agents such as detergents, soaps and perfumes;

- Avoid contact with water and remove your jewelry before going to the beach or swimming pool;

- the evening before going to sleep, take off your jewelry and put it back in its box

How long does it take to receive a personalized piece of jewelry?

Custom orders take approximately 10-15 business days.

My order is a gift. Can I have it delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes! If you want to make a surprise, or the gift is intended for someone who lives far away from you, you can write the address in the "shipping" section.  where to have the package delivered

What materials are used for the jewelry?

I use a variety of materials, all top-quality, from brass to 304 and 316L stainless steel. Each product page contains the full specifications for each piece.

Candles and Tablets

What type of packaging is available for candles?

Each candle comes in a lovely white box, perfect for gifting.

Are candle containers recyclable?

Yes, the candle containers are made of recyclable aluminum for the 175g size and glass for the 280g size. The box is made of FSC-certified cardboard.

How do I care for candles?

Here are some helpful tips:

- leave the candle lit for at least one hour and for a maximum of 4 hours;

- do not leave the burning candle unattended;

- only light your candle on a stable, non-flammable surface;

- each time you light it, cut 1/4 of the wick

- keep out of reach of children and/or animals.

How long do candles and wax tablets last?

The 175g candles last approximately 30 hours, while each pack of wax tablets lasts approximately 40 hours.

Can candles be returned?

If you received your candle but the scent wasn't what you expected, you can return it, unused, in its original packaging, no later than 14 days after receiving the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do you use the tablets?

They are a wonderful alternative (or ally) to candles!  Simply break off a small square of wax and place it in the saucer of your wax burner. As the wax melts, it will release its full fragrance! You can relight the same piece of wax up to three times. Once the fragrance is gone, you can dispose of the wax in the organic waste!

After I order, how long will it take for my package to be shipped?

Processing times may vary depending on the type of order.

Your package will generally be shipped within 4-7 business days. For custom orders or special requests, processing times may extend up to 20 business days!
